The Diva Hotel was acquired by ECS through a Project Homekey award from the State of California. A seven-story former hotel currently under rennovation, the Diva has 130 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units that may be inhabited by single adults or couples. For residents, the establishment features a lobby and community area. The building maintains its original coffeehouse (Starbucks).
