The Cova is a 104-room non-congregate shelter. It has been in operation since 2022.
All sites provide beds and daily meals, and the year-round, 24-7 sites also provide showers, laundry, and onsite support services such as groups and behavioral health services.
ECS also provides access to our job training and job placement in food services and social services, helping an estimated 250 adults with experiences of homelessness to prepare for securing living-wage jobs.
